Job summary

KittySpout, a profitable DTC pet brand, is seeking a Head of Brand & Community to drive how people see and feel about our two brands. You will own the brand story, identity, and the moments that build awareness, including shelter partnerships, activations, events, PR and a vibrant community.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in brand marketing at consumer brands and a proven track record of creating brand moments that move the needle for a North American audience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in brand, communications or brand marketing at consumer brands.
• Track record of building awareness through cause partnerships, events and PR.
• Has run campaigns for a North American audience.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand story and identity across all touchpoints.
• Plan and execute brand moments, activations, events and partnerships.
• Lead shelter and charity partnerships, PR, and community building.
• Drive earned media, word-of-mouth growth, and brand goodwill.
