Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a fully remote, full-time Organic Social Manager to own the content strategy and daily publishing for KittySpout and DoggySpout. You will write hooks, craft captions, shoot and edit short-form video, and design on-brand graphics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

You will spot trends, run two brands across all channels, and analyze data to improve reach, saves and engagement. Overlap with US/Canada time zones is required; compensation is $3,000–$4,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Native-level written English.
• Hands-on organic social: 2+ years running organic content for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Multi-brand, multi-platform experience across all channels.
• Design and publish content in Canva, Figma or similar tools without waiting for a designer.
• Hooks, captions and short-form video production with editing.
• Trend spotting on TikTok and Instagram, daily monitoring.
• Data-driven: read saves, reach and engagement to improve content.
• Overlap with US/Canada time zones for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels.
• Plan and publish content daily, writing hooks and captions and producing video.
• Create day-to-day graphics and stories and brief designers when needed.
• Spot trends and publish trend content the same day.
• Review creator/UGC content and repurpose for organic posts.
• Manage community interactions: comments and DMs within 24 hours.
• Post daily priorities and provide weekly performance reports.
