Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a skilled Organic Social Specialist to own the end-to-end content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout. You will create, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more, directly handling hooks, captions, video, and visuals.

You will spot daily trends, manage two brands, and engage with the community, reporting weekly on performance. This is a fully remote, full-time role with overlap with US/Canada time zones.

Qualifications

• Native-level English is required.
• Hands-on organic social experience for a DTC/consumer brand.
• Ability to create and publish content yourself (hooks, captions, video).
• Proven ability to analyze engagement and adapt strategy.
• Experience running two brands across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva or Figma for on-brand graphics.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all social channels.
• Plan weekly calendars per brand and platform, balancing existing community with new audiences.
• Write hooks and captions, shoot and edit short-form video, design day-to-day graphics and stories.
• Spot trends daily and publish trend content the same day.
• Review and repurpose creator/UGC content for organic posts.
• Manage community: respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours.
• Post daily priorities and deliver a weekly performance report.
