Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Carroll, IA seeks a Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager to lead daily operations of a cryptocurrency mining facility. You will oversee a team of site technicians, ensuring peak efficiency and strict safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands‑on leadership with deep mining infrastructure knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage people, processes, and external partners effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience managing teams in high‑uptime environments such as data centers or mining facilities.
• Familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software (Foreman, LuxOS, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of networking, electrical systems, and cooling (air/liquid/immersion).
• Electrical experience or licensing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians and set performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily schedules and coverage for uptime and reliability.
• Conduct performance reviews and on‑the‑job training.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of mining hardware for peak performance.
• Direct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of mining equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and system inspections.
• Manage uptime across electrical, cooling, and networking systems.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance are followed.
