Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
- 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role developing a complex benefits program.
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, or corporate environments.
- Leadership and governance capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of the benefits strategy and governance framework.
- Advise senior leadership on market trends, cost management, and best practices.
- Design and oversee medical, dental, retirement, leave, and voluntary benefits programs.
- Analyze claims, utilization, and costs to improve program effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable insights to leaders.
- Mentor a team of 15 benefits professionals.
- Ensure ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA compliance and vendor management.
