Job summary

Uline seeks a strategic Head of Benefits to lead and evolve our enterprise benefits portfolio, supporting employees across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. This role influences long-term strategy, employee experience and oversees health, retirement, wellness, disability and leave programs at scale.

As a senior HR leader, you will guide the Benefits team, partner with leadership and vendors, and communicate complex benefits information clearly to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive benefits experience with leadership in large organizations.
• Experience managing benefit vendors and negotiating partnerships.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
• HRIS knowledge; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term benefits strategy aligned with workforce needs and business objectives.
• Lead design, implementation and administration of health, welfare, retirement, wellness, workers' compensation, disability and leave programs across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
• Partner with leadership and vendors to evaluate benefit plans and drive exceptional service.
• Advise HR and executive leadership on program effectiveness, trends and employee experience.
• Guide and develop the Benefits team and committees, building a high-performing culture.
• Create and execute benefits communications to simplify complex information for employees.
