Job summary

Visual Sound Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Director of Technical Operations to oversee day-to-day operations and align technical initiatives with business goals.

You will lead teams across departments, implement scalable processes, manage budgets and P&L, and drive data-driven decisions using KPIs. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in an AV environment, with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in operations management with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and vendor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams, drive accountability, and foster collaboration across departments.
• Setting and executing operational strategies, scaling operations, and using KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
• Workflow improvements, cost reduction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Implementing new systems, restructuring teams, and improving company-wide efficiencies.
• Performance reporting and analysis of ongoing operations
• Familiarity with a similar operational environment is a plus.
