Responsibilities

• Develop company-wide automotive training strategy aligned with service center performance.
• Create structured programs for technicians, service advisors, and managers.
• Lead rollout of training via hands-on, instructor-led, virtual, and LMS.
• Coach leadership teams and conduct field visits.
• Define KPIs and measure training ROI.
