Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in A&C project execution, continuous improvement, and design.
• Extensive experience improving, modifying, or installing advanced automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation strategy across production lines and facilities.
• Drive strategy, infrastructure upgrades, and gap analysis while establishing electrical standards.
• Translate product specs into scalable, compliant manufacturing processes and improve OEE.
