Role Purpose

The objective of this role is to provide automation and controls support to our brewery. The role provides full time tier 1 and tier 2 level troubleshooting support within our breweries, executes projects to improve operations, drives value, and mentors and develops maintenance technicians. The role will be the on‑shift controls expert at the brewery and will be relied upon to support all areas in the plant as required.

Accountabilities & Impact

• On‑shift automation and controls support for tier 1 and 2 level troubleshooting
• Develop continuous improvement automation projects
• Participate in the management of change process in all process areas of the plant
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality to improve safety, quality, and throughput in the plant
• Provide technical leadership to operators and maintenance technicians

Skills & Experiences Needed

• Associate’s degree in engineering, information science, industrial automation and controls or relevant industry experience
• 4 years of experience in industrial automation of F&B, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical processing
• Ability to independently execute complex automation projects
