Qualifications

• Extensive experience in A&C project execution, continuous improvement, and design.
• Experience improving, modifying, or installing advanced automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation strategy across brewing, packaging, utilities, and logistics.
• Diagnose A&C bottlenecks and implement cost-effective design solutions.
• Translate product specs into scalable, compliant manufacturing processes.
• Modernize A&C infrastructure to boost reliability, uptime, and OEE.
