Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a team of 8-10 engineers in a growing food and beverage manufacturing operation. The role shapes process performance, automation strategy, and new manufacturing capabilities.

You will lead Process, Controls, and Automation Engineers, set programming standards, and partner with Production, Maintenance, and Reliability to improve equipment capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading process, controls, automation, or manufacturing engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley/Rockwell controls.
• Food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing experience.
• Background in startup, commissioning, continuous improvement, and equipment optimization.
