Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Assortment Optimization Leader to guide the assortment strategy across multiple category groups. You will manage a team of analysts, drive data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal partners and external providers to optimize in-store and ecommerce space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail, Business, or Technology related roles.
• 3+ years related specifically to advancing technology and business systems.
• 3+ Years demonstrated effectiveness leading people/teams
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Office usage
• History of driving the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and performance.
• Ability to build a strong team, engaging in a consultative and collaborative culture.
• Demonstrated history of delivering on impacts and results on a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assortment Optimization team for select category groups across ADUSA through the Assortment Optimization Tool, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Manage supporting processes and assets for the Assortment Optimization process: ticket management, attribution cleaning, cataloging, training, and Sharepoint/Teams management.
• Document all meetings with Category during the Assortment Optimization Process to ensure clarity of inputs.
• Collaborate with external service providers on tool process points, opportunities, and enhancements.
• Serve as point of contact for strategic requests outside of the calendar.
• Lead optimization of assortment for select category groups in wareroom and Ecommerce Fulfillment Centers.
• Assist in collection of Fair Share funding for the Single Source Program for all ADUSA Brands.
• Deliver and implement updates of space management systems and processes in Brick & Mortar and E-Commerce facilities.
• Other duties as needed to support business needs and values.
