Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a senior leader to manage the Assortment Optimization team across key category groups. You will drive analysis, recommendations, and tool adoption for ADUSA brands, coordinating with internal partners and external specialists to optimize space and ecommerce performance.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, strong leadership, and a track record of improving systems and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5+ years in Retail, Business, or Technology related roles.
3+ years leading people/teams.
Advanced Microsoft Office usage.
History of driving continuous improvement of systems, processes, performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the Assortment Optimization team for select category groups with data‑driven insights.
Collaborate with internal and external partners on tool processes and enhancements.
Document strategic inputs during Assortment Optimization meetings.
Manage training, SharePoint/Teams assets, and project work packages.
Support space management updates for Brick & Mortar and E‑Commerce facilities.
Assist in securing Fair Share funding for the Single Source Program.
