Ahold Delhaize USA is hiring to lead the Assortment Optimization team across multiple brands and categories. You'll drive analytics, recommendations, and calendar-aligned plans with internal partners and external providers.

The role requires 5+ years in related roles and 3+ years of leadership, plus strong MS Office and project management skills. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days at core locations in Salisbury, Carlisle, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail, Business, or Technology related roles.
• 3+ years leading people/teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office usage.
• History of driving continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assortment Optimization team for select category groups and provide detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Manage supporting processes and assets for the Assortment Optimization process (ticket mgmt, attribution cleaning, cataloging, training, SharePoint/Teams).
• Lead and document all meetings with Category during the Assortment Optimization Process; ensure inputs are recorded.
• Collaborate with external service providers (Oliver Wyman) on tool process points and enhancements.
• Serve as point of contact for strategic requests outside the calendar scope.
• Lead optimization of assortment for select category groups in wareroom and Ecommerce Fulfillment Centers.
• Assist in collecting Fair Share funding for the Single Source Program for all ADUSA Brands.
• Lead and manage delivery and updates of space management systems and processes across Brick & Mortar and E-Commerce facilities.
