Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years in large law firm recruitment with advancing roles.
• Experience managing at least two direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead law school engagement and national recruitment strategy.
• Strengthen relationships with law schools and the legal community.
• Direct U.S. campus, summer program, and clerk recruitment.
• Oversee lateral associate and clerk recruitment pipelines.
• Develop budgets, branding, and reporting for recruitment.
