Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a Director of Associate Recruitment to lead U.S. law school engagement, lateral associate and law clerk recruiting, and national summer program operations.

You will direct policy development, budgeting, and vendor contracts, while partner­ing with global leadership to ensure a strong candidate experience across offices. The role requires strategic vision, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years of experience in large law firm legal recruitment or related industry.
• Experience managing a team of at least two direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct national law school engagement and recruitment programs.
• Lead lateral associate and law clerk recruiting efforts.
• Oversee Summer Associate Program and related operations.
• Negotiate, review, and approve search firm agreements.
• Develop recruitment budgets and brand strategy.
