Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader seeks a Director of Associate Recruitment to lead U.S. law school engagement, build a strong lateral hiring program, and direct the national summer associate initiatives.

The role reports to the Global Head of Recruitment and Americas talent leadership, with responsibility for strategy, policy, and budget management across offices. The position requires a seasoned leader with deep law firm recruitment expertise, strong relationships with law schools, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Ten (10)+ years of experience in large law firm legal recruitment or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct national law school engagement and recruitment programs.
• Oversee lateral associate and law clerk recruitment processes.
• Direct the national summer associate program and operations.
• Develop and manage budgets for recruitment initiatives and programs.
