Job summary

Legends Global in Ontario, CA, is seeking a Booking Manager to develop and book events at Toyota Arena and ONT Field. The role requires initiative, high energy, strong organization, and a personable, professional demeanor.

You will manage booking calendars, nurture relationships with agents and promoters, negotiate deal points, compile event documents, and coordinate with venue departments to maximize bookings and guest experiences. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising or Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience booking large scale events and collaborating directly with agents and promoters within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Book concerts, non-concert events, family shows and other venue content to maintain a full events calendar.
• Establish and maintain relationships with touring industry professionals (agents, managers, promoters, producers).
• Manage booking calendar, including adding/editing/removing events; respond to availability requests promptly.
• Prepare data to support booking efforts; collaborate on creating memorable venue experiences.
• Negotiate deal points in event license agreements and in the best interests of the venues.
