Job summary

Priory Federation of Academies Trust seeks an ambitious leader to drive Priory Apprenticeships and our Trust careers education strategy. Working with the Director of Professional Learning, you will oversee quality, compliance and learner outcomes across a growing apprenticeship provision.

This role provides strategic leadership across academy networks, focusing on stakeholder engagement, careers guidance, and ensuring excellent opportunities for learners.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in apprenticeships or further/adult education.
• Experience of Ofsted inspection and self-assessment processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive improvement.
• Strong employer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to improving the life chances of young people and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Priory Apprenticeships and our Trust careers education strategy.
• Oversee development of apprenticeship provision and external inspection preparation.
• Engage stakeholders across academies and manage relationships.
• Support careers education through a network of academy leaders.
