Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development with significant and sustained leadership of global teams at scale

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering outcomes by leading an engineering team of 20-30 across US East Coast, Canada, Lithuania, India, and France
• Instill a business-minded engineering culture and document/execute modern software engineering best practices
• Facilitate openness and collaboration within and among teams and with the open-source community we serve
• Run systems and processes to ship high-quality software while engaging stakeholders transparently
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering to execute the roadmap
• Recruit, onboard, coach, grow, and manage performance for engineers and leads, aligning success with business outcomes
• Contribute to investment decisions aligned to market opportunities
