Job summary

Talon Outdoor is seeking a Director of Transactional Finance to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and other transactional functions for North America. You will balance strong controls with a focus on continuous improvement and partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team.

The role demands an exceptional people leader capable of building high-performing teams, driving governance, and delivering accurate, timely financial operations across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or managing AP automation platforms.
• Experience handling complex billing requirements of media agencies and holding companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP, AR and Treasury teams, creating a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Establish service standards and performance metrics across transactional finance.
• Drive engagement, succession planning and professional development.
• Ensure resource planning and operational resilience within the function.
• Maintain strong financial controls and compliance with policies and audits.
• Support external auditors with requests and recommendations.
