Job summary

Talon Outdoor is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations across Talon North America. You will manage day-to-day accounting, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls as the business scales.

You will partner with FP&A, AR/AP, and senior leadership to support month-end close, audit readiness, and process improvements, while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• CPA qualified
• 3-5 years PQE
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L reporting, ensuring accuracy.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating variances.
• Prepare and process intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain cash flow reporting and track working capital.
• Support statutory audit coordination and regulatory reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements and reporting automation.
