Talon, a global Out-of-Home and finance-focused company, is seeking a Director of Transactional Finance to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and other transactional finance functions. This role reports to the North America CFO and requires a hands-on leader who can balance control with continuous improvement.

You will develop high-performing teams, strengthen governance, manage risk, and ensure timely, accurate transactional processing across the US and Canada.

Formación

• Experience with AP/AR leadership and cash management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience implementing or managing AP automation platforms.
• Experience handling complex billing for media agencies or holding companies.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AP, AR and Treasury teams delivering high performance and governance.
• Establish service standards and performance measures for transactional finance.
• Drive automation, reporting improvements and process redesign.
• Coordinate with external auditors and finance leadership on controls and governance.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize working capital.
