The successful candidate will bring deep I&I antibody expertise, hands-on engineering and a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, with strong leadership and a willingness to be on site in Southern California.

Formación

• Significant industry experience discovering and developing antibody therapeutics for immunology and inflammation.
• Deep knowledge of the I&I antibody landscape, including targets and competitor molecules.
• Track record of advancing antibody programmes to development candidate or IND with personal ownership.
• Hands-on expertise across antibody engineering, characterisation and developability, including multispecific formats.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for AI-driven drug discovery in a lean, fast-moving team.
• Ability to spend significant time on site in Irvine, CA, with relocation welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the immunology and inflammation antibody pipeline, choosing targets and mechanisms.
• Translate target product profiles into molecule designs, including multispecific formats.
• Lead programmes from AI-generated hits through development to candidate nomination.
• Design disease-relevant in vitro and in vivo models, PK/PD and biomarker strategy.
• Direct IND-enabling work with CRO and CDMO partners in the US and Asia.
• Collaborate with the CSO and computational teams, remaining hands-on in the lab while building a team.
