Job summary

SafeLease Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a highly strategic Director of Data & Analytics to lead analytics across our real estate investments and insurance operations. The role demands hands-on execution, data governance, and the ability to translate complex data into executive insights.

You will build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology, and shape the data architecture to accelerate decision-making in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

5+ years leading analytics teams in a fast-moving setting.
10+ years in analytics, data strategy, or BI.
Proven track record delivering executive-ready insights.
Experience with investment portfolios and/or insurance analytics preferred.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Set analytics strategy and direction across insurance and investments.
Grow and mentor analytics team while delivering hands-on work when needed.
Design data collection frameworks and ensure governance.
Partner with Finance, Ops, Product, and Tech to embed analytics.
Develop reporting platforms supporting underwriting, claims, forecasting.
