Current is a leading consumer fintech platform based in NYC, with 6+ million members. We seek a hands-on Director of Product Analytics to scale our analytics org and drive data-informed decisions across departments.

You will lead embedded analytics teams, set standards for experimentation, and mentor Analytics Managers. Expect leadership of a fast-paced, impact‑driven function focused on delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, including 5+ years in the D2C domain, ideally within high-growth, customer-centric industries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and overseeing cross-functional or embedded analytics structures.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python, including independent sophisticated analyses and code optimization.
• Expertise in design, interpretation, and monitoring of randomized controlled trials (A/B/n testing).

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics function across the organization, ensuring consistency in methodologies across embedded teams.
• Align analytics roadmaps with broader business goals and P&L objectives.
• Establish standardized processes for experimentation, data modeling, and reporting.
• Guide deep dive exploratory, root-cause analyses and business cases.
• Hands-on with data to solve complex problems when needed.
• Oversee success metrics and interpretation of complex test results.
• Develop and expand the analytics organization to support business growth.
• Drive data-driven culture with insights and narratives to executives.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics engineering, and data science teams.
