The Fischer Group is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of data warehousing, reporting, BI, and analytics solutions across the organization. You will guide the BI team, partner with business units and leadership, and deliver reliable dashboards and actionable insights.

You will translate business questions into clear reporting, ensure data quality, and drive analytics practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience leading IT application teams (internal and offshore).
• Proven track record leading complex IT initiatives with a business focus.
• Experience with SaaS environments and strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading teams using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data team and oversee reporting, analytics, and BI solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, evaluate, and deliver BI/BA projects with user-defined data specifications.
• Develop KPIs and critical reports; build dashboards for senior management.
• Establish data collection policies and ensure consistency across applications.
• Maintain system reliability, availability, and performance; monitor and manage changes.
• Mentor team members and provide training to customers and staff.
