Job summary

Fyul is seeking a Data and BI Manager to lead analytics and reporting initiatives in a fast-growing ecommerce environment.

You will oversee design, development, and deployment of reports, dashboards, and the data warehouse, guiding a team of analysts and engineers to scale performance while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a data-related field.
• Advanced understanding of SQL (fluent in SQL).
• Understanding of data programming languages (R, Python, etc.) and APIs.
• A mastery of Business Intelligence concepts and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience of successful and effective application systems leadership and project management.
• Experience with the usage of BigQuery and Snowflake data warehouses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design development, and implementation of organizational reporting and analytics.
• Maintain, support, and upgrade reports, dashboards, and data warehouse.
• Apply proven communication skills, problem solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide the team on issues related to the deployment of information and reports.
• Managing data warehouse and reporting infrastructure to help scale reporting needs while maintaining high-performance environment for reporting.
• Audit to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
