Job summary

The Fischer Group is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead data warehousing, BI development, and analytics initiatives. You will guide the BI team, translate business questions into actionable dashboards, and partner with senior leaders to shape reporting and analytics across the organization.

This onsite role in Erlanger, KY will require collaboration across business, technology, and external partners to deliver reliable data solutions and measurable improvements in decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven success leading IT application teams.
• Experience with SaaS environments and vendor management.
• Experience leading teams using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business Data team and oversee design, development, and delivery of reporting, analytics, and BI solutions.
• Coordinate BI/BA projects, define data cubes and specs, execute project plans.
• Partner with business units to develop KPIs and dashboards for senior management.
• Establish data collection and analysis policies and ensure consistency across applications and third-party tools.
• Develop report deployment methods and maintain system reliability and performance.
• Mentor team members and provide knowledge transfer to customers and partners.
