Job summary

The Fischer Group is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead data warehousing, reporting, BI, and analytics initiatives. You will guide the BI team and shape how organizational reporting is designed, developed, and delivered, turning data needs into reliable dashboards and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or an Information Technology-related field.
• Proven experience leading IT application teams, including internal and offshore teams.
• Track record leading complex application development with a business-oriented approach.
• Experience with software solution providers, partnerships, and SaaS environments.
• Experience leading teams using Agile Development Methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business Data team and oversee the design, development, implementation, and support of organizational reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, evaluate, and deliver BI/BA projects; work with users to define data cubes and specifications and execute project plans.
• Partner with business teams to develop KPIs and critical reports, build dashboards, and communicate analysis to senior management.
• Establish data collection and analysis policies, recommend tech solutions for data gathering and reporting, ensure consistency across applications.
• Develop report deployment methods and maintain system reliability, availability, and performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, and changes.
• Collaborate with consulting partners and BI/BA solution providers; provide training and support.
• Maintain thorough documentation of users, systems, business rules, and instructions.
• Install, patch, configure, and test enterprise BI software.
• Mentor team members and transfer knowledge to customers.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
