Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, based in Seattle, seeks a Nurse Manager to plan, direct, and control clinic operations. You will supervise clinicians and staff, uphold patient-centered care, and collaborate with medical leaders and partner institutions to advance clinical research.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing (WA RN or MSL with WA residency within 60 days) and strong leadership. Onsite in South Lake Union with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Current Washington RN license or valid multistate license with WA residency within 60 days.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with standard office software and clinical information systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational, management, operational and administrative activities of the clinics.
• Supervise Registered Nurses and assistive personnel; model clinical practice.
• Maintain a safe patient care environment and ensure equipment and procedures meet standards.
• Staffing management including hiring, evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with clinic management and partners to ensure high quality care.
• Support budget development and monitor financial impact of changes.
• Drive customer service, financial goals and quality initiatives aligned with strategy.
