Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 15+ years in field engineering, solution engineering, platform enablement or related areas.
• Proven success delivering large-scale data and platform transformations and complex integrations.
• Strong technical background in data platform technology, cloud and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Data Platform Enablement strategy and drive adoption across lines of business.
• Build and lead a global enablement organization and partner with senior leaders on investments.
• Translate platform capabilities into scalable business solutions and repeatable adoption patterns.
• Drive data product adoption, reusable data assets, and standardized definitions at scale.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on platform priorities and value realization.
• Champion self-service data consumption models and speed to value for business users.
• Collaborate with Data Platform Engineering, Data Architecture, and AI Platform Engineering teams.
