Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect leader to build and grow the AI architecture practice across the Digital Transformation and Innovation team. You will drive rigorous, machine-readable designs and set standards for artifact-driven development.

You will mentor architects and engineers, raise technical depth, and partner with product and engineering leadership to align architecture with business outcomes. A hands-on role with delivery responsibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in technology development, delivery, and operation.
• Experience with the ML lifecycle (training, service, etc).
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AI solutions architecture practice.
• Raise the architectural depth of the team and move designs from high-level assumptions to rigorous system-level ones.
• Own the organization-wide design methodology and drive adoption across teams.
• Translate Product Requirements Documents into comprehensive architecture and contracts, interfaces, modules, and data products.
• Be hands-on to validate designs by coding, queries, traces, and profiles.
