Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Executive Director, Software Engineering – AI Solutions to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered software at enterprise scale. Qualifications
- 15+ years of software development and technology leadership experience.
- 5+ years delivering AI, ML, or Generative AI solutions in enterprise software.
- Experience building cloud-native platforms and distributed systems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead software engineering teams for AI-powered applications and platforms.
- Establish engineering best practices, standards, and governance.
- Deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
- Foster innovation, accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineering leaders and collaborate with Product, Security, and Biz teams.
- Communicate strategy, roadmap, risks, and outcomes to executives.
