Job summary

Zoom is seeking a leader to own end-to-end search strategy across traditional SEO and AI-powered answer engines. You will build unified infrastructure, metrics, and content standards to boost Zoom's discoverability wherever search happens, delivering measurable visibility growth.

You will collaborate with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing to unify content architecture and governance, and establish share-of-answer as a key executive metric.

Qualifications

• Lead technical SEO functions at scale, including site architecture, schema implementation, and organic traffic optimization.
• Build or scale AI-search and answer-engine visibility programs using platforms like Profound or equivalent tools.
• Direct engineering-adjacent work on crawlability, structured data, and indexation while communicating strategy to executive stakeholders.
• Define and defend emerging metrics like share-of-answer alongside established SEO performance indicators.
• Demonstrate experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical SEO team and roadmap, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
• Building AI-search visibility strategy and infrastructure to optimize Zoom's presence in generative AI surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Establishing and tracking share-of-answer metrics across category, competitive, and branded prompts, reporting to executive staff and the board.
• Partnering with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to create unified content architecture and governance standards.
• Developing a unified search scorecard that translates organic performance and AI-visibility metrics into pipeline and revenue impact.
