Zoom is seeking a Senior Technical SEO Lead to own the end-to-end search strategy across traditional SEO and AI-powered answer engines. You will build unified infrastructure, metrics, and content standards that make Zoom discoverable wherever search happens, delivering measurable visibility growth and establishing share-of-answer as a board-level KPI.

You will collaborate with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to create unified content architecture and governance

Qualifications

• Lead technical SEO functions at scale, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
• Build AI-search visibility strategy and infrastructure to optimize Zoom's presence in generative AI surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Establish and track share-of-answer metrics across category, competitive, and branded prompts, reporting to executive staff and the board.
• Partner with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to create unified content architecture and governance standards.
• Develop a unified search scorecard that translates organic performance and AI-visibility metrics into pipeline and revenue impact.
