Job summary

Zoom is seeking a leader to own its end-to-end technical SEO strategy, building scalable infrastructure and unified content standards that boost visibility across traditional search and AI-powered answer engines.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Web, and Engineering teams to drive measurable growth in organic and AI-driven visibility, shaping executive-level metrics and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Lead technical SEO functions at scale, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation.
• Build AI-search visibility programs for generative AI surfaces.
• Direct engineering-adjacent work on crawlability and structured data while communicating strategy to executives.
• Define and defend metrics like share-of-answer alongside traditional SEO KPIs.
• Demonstrate experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical SEO team and roadmap, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data implementation
• Building AI-search visibility strategy and infrastructure to optimize Zoom's presence in generative AI surfaces like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
• Establishing and tracking share-of-answer metrics across category, competitive, and branded prompts, reporting to executive staff and the board
• Partnering with Web, Growth Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to create unified content architecture and governance standards
• Developing a unified search scorecard that translates organic performance and AI-visibility metrics into pipeline and revenue impact
