Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Senior Director, AI-Ready Data Governance to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives. You will run the Databricks Unity Catalog and Atlan, build the Bronze-To-Silver-To-Gold certification pipeline, and establish governance standards with distributed ownership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.

This role requires autonomy, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and hands-on experience with enterprise data governance, data quality scoring, and AI asset governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise data governance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks Unity Catalog and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Run Databricks Unity Catalog and Atlan as the backbone of certification and governance.
• Stand up continuous, agent-driven scoring behind certified data.
• Own executive intelligence reporting on how much data can be trusted now.
• Register and govern AI agents and use guardrails for usage.
• Align domain owners across Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR on standards.
