Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks a Legal Engineer – Litigation to design, build, and adopt AI-enabled workflows for disputes. This hands-on role partners with lawyers, eDiscovery, IT, and Knowledge Management to deploy practical, compliant solutions that align with professional obligations.

The candidate will identify high-value use cases, prototype workflows, and ensure outputs are accurate, defensible, and secure, while preserving client confidentiality and judgment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred or equivalent professional experience in litigation support, legal technology, eDiscovery, legal operations, or related workflows.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting litigation, investigations, arbitration, eDiscovery, legal innovation, legal technology implementation, product delivery, or related workflows.
• Experience with litigation technology, eDiscovery platforms, AI-enabled legal tools, workflow automation, or case management tools; experience with Legora, Harvey, Copilot, or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to decompose legal workflows, gather requirements, design practical solutions, and support adoption by busy matter teams.

Mansioni

• Partner with litigation teams to identify, scope, and prioritize high-value workflows across disputes use cases.
• Design, prototype, test, and support adoption of AI-enabled litigation workflows using firm-approved tools and platforms.
• Develop repeatable prompts, templates, checklists, and workflow patterns for litigation use cases.
• Work with eDiscovery, practice support, and litigation teams to align legal engineering solutions with document review, analytics, case management, and other matter workflows.
• Develop and maintain evaluation methods to test accuracy, completeness, source grounding, and defensibility of AI-assisted litigation outputs.
• Experience developing scalable frameworks, playbooks, reusable knowledge assets or solution patterns.
