Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Legal Engineer – Litigation to design, build, and promote AI-enabled workflows for disputes matters. This hands-on role partners with lawyers, eDiscovery, IT, and business services to deliver practical solutions while maintaining professional obligations.

You will identify high‑value use cases, prototype workflows, and support adoption across practice groups, Knowledge Management, and Innovation teams, ensuring secure and defensible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred, or equivalent in litigation support or legal tech.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting litigation, investigations, eDiscovery, or related workflows.
• Experience with litigation technology, AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑value litigation workflows and design practical, repeatable solutions.
• Prototype and test AI-enabled workflows and support their adoption by matter teams.
• Develop prompts, templates, checklists, and patterns for litigation tasks.
• Ensure AI outputs are accurate, defensible, and compliant with confidentiality obligations.
• Collaborate with lawyers, knowledge management, IT, and security to align workflows with firm standards.
