Qualifications

• PhD in CS/AI/ML/NLP or related field with extensive research.
• 8+ years deploying production AI systems at scale with measurable impact.
• Strong publication record in top AI/IR conferences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical vision for AI-powered search and knowledge systems.
• Lead and mentor a diverse, global team of researchers and engineers.
• Deliver enterprise-grade retrieval, NLP, and RAG solutions integrated with products.
• Influence strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration between Labs, product, and engineering.
