Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Information Retrieval, or related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience building and deploying production AI systems at scale.
• Proven track record of turning research into production-grade AI with measurable business impact.
• Strong publication record in venues such as SIGIR, NeurIPS, ACL, EMNLP, KDD, WWW.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for AI-powered search, discovery, and knowledge systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team of engineers and researchers.
• Lead development of enterprise-grade retrieval, NLP, and knowledge-based AI solutions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable AI applications.
• Demonstrate production-focused MLOps practices and cloud-native deployment.
