Responsibilities

• Define Technical Vision & Strategy for IR research and innovation at Thomson Reuters.
• Build & lead a high-performing, global labs team across disciplines.
• Drive production AI solutions aligned with product needs and customer value.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer problems into scalable AI apps.
• Ensure lifecycle excellence with MLOps, monitoring, and cloud-native deployment.
