Job summary

DataCamp is expanding its partnerships function to scale curriculum by bringing leading content providers, tech vendors, and marquee instructors onto the platform. You will source, negotiate, and close partnerships and build senior relationships across the AI, data, and cloud ecosystem to deliver live content learners complete.

You will define what a high‑quality partner looks like, own the commercial terms, and eventually lead a small partnerships team while maintaining your own portfolio of

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Deep fluency in the AI, data, and cloud landscape and key players.
• Experience in EdTech, education, or enterprise L&D markets.
• Proven ability to build a function from near‑scratch and scale it.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills covering licensing, revenue share, and content rights.
• Excellent cross‑functional judgment and the ability to translate partner ambitions to internal reality.

Responsibilities

• Own DataCamp's partnership strategy for curriculum and key providers.
• Source, negotiate, and close partnerships including licensed and co‑branded content.
• Build and manage senior relationships across AI, data, and cloud ecosystems.
• Take partnerships from signed agreement to live content learners complete.
• Define criteria for high‑quality partners and maintain high standards.
• Own commercial terms and content rights in partnerships.
• Hire, coach, and grow a small partnerships team over time while managing your own portfolio.
• Report on partnership performance to leadership and prioritize portfolio decisions.
