Job summary

HeyGen is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to build the partnerships function and lead tier-1 distribution and AI-native partnerships. You will own deals end-to-end, from sourcing to launch, and scale the program as HeyGen grows.

Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate with product, engineering, legal, finance, and marketing to structure agreements, optimize licensing and revenue shares, and drive API integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships or business development.
• Experience negotiating and closing complex deals.
• Experience with API partnerships and product integrations.
• Licensing, revenue-share models, and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close distribution and AI ecosystem partnerships.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to scope and launch integrations.
• Measure partner performance and nurture relationships post-launch.
