Peugeot Sport is seeking a Director of AI/ML Engineering — North America to build and lead a 6-8 person AI/ML engineering team delivering production AI products for engineering, quality, and vehicle-data use cases. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on full-stack, end-to-end solution development.

You will hire through an active pipeline, shape architecture, data pipelines, and dashboards, and coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

12+ years in software engineering with hands-on solution development (services, APIs, UI).
Experience shipping production software and owning production systems.
Experience delivering ML/AI-powered products with engineering judgment.
Hands-on with LLM-based development across generative features and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

Lead NA AI/ML engineering team (6-8 engineers) including hiring and career development.
Deliver agentic AI capabilities and generative AI features across the portfolio.
Own end-to-end production AI/ML solutions: data pipelines, model services, APIs, dashboards.
Set engineering standards: architecture, code review, testing, CI/CD; stay hands-on.
Collaborate with MLOps and cross-functional partners; ensure production readiness.
