Job summary

Stellantis NV in North America seeks a Manager of AI/ML Engineering to lead a team of AI/ML engineers while remaining hands‑on, designing and delivering production AI/ML solutions including user interfaces and apps. You’ll own the team's commitments, raise engineering standards, and drive cross‑regional collaboration.

The role blends leadership with hands‑on code contributions, architecture, and delivery of ML models on diverse data (time-series, structured, unstructured).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years in software engineering with hands‑on solution development and leadership experience.
• Proven track record shipping and operating production software with ML/AI-powered products.
• Strong Python and ML libraries; ability to work across data, modeling, and software concerns.
• Cloud (AWS preferred) and modern data/ML platforms (Databricks/Spark).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow an AI/ML engineering team, provide day‑to‑day direction, coaching, and career development.
• Personally own and ship hard end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines, models, APIs, and user touchpoints.
• Set engineering standards (architecture, CI/CD, testing) and coordinate with MLOps for production releases.
• Partner with program and product-management teams across a global organization to plan scope and delivery.
