Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
- 1+ years of experience managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or mentoring early-career engineers/consultants.
- Proficient in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java and modern web architectures (React, REST APIs, GraphQL).
- Familiar with Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cohort of Emerging Talent AI Builders.
- Oversee 12–24 month competency plans and project matching for grads.
- Collaborate with University Recruiting to attract CS talent.
- Translate AI advances into enterprise-grade customer outcomes.
