Job summary

You will partner with HR, engineering, product teams and external learning vendors to deliver scalable training frameworks, building tiered pathways and hands-on labs to boost digital fluency across the global workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in tech, with proven program management of large-scale initiatives.
• 5+ years developing curricula for complex technical concepts.
• Hands-on experience with data and AI learning landscapes and pathways.
• Ability to align initiatives across cross-site, cross-group teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and governance of enterprise-wide AI learning curriculum.
• Collaborate to build learner journey maps and tiered learning pathways.
• Partner with AI engineers and SMEs to create training assets and labs.
• Oversee a diverse deployment: instructor-led, virtual modules, bootcamps, enablement sessions.
• Establish rapid feedback loops to refine content based on workflows and roadmaps.
